is a 24/7 restaurant known for their tasty yet affordable lutong-bahay meals, perfect for delivery and take-outs. It’s the brainchild of Roland Sinchongco, who started Paluto Nga Po from a carinderia in Tondo, Manila, and it grew it to six branches within a span of twelve years.
The success of Paluto Nga Po can be attributed to Sinchongco’s expertise and years of experience in the food service industry. As a working student at the University of Manila, he also worked in Jollibee as a service crew. After finishing a degree in HRM, he worked as a supervisor in Burger Machine, and then, he moved to U.A.E. to work in KFC as a supervisor. When he returned to Manila, he became a vendor in the Divisoria night market, and then, he eventually put up Paluto Nga Po.
Word of mouth grew and Paluto Nga Po transformed from a small carinderia to a full-fledged restaurant. Their neighborhood associated their delicious food and generous servings with its affordable price. Paluto Nga Po is also a go-to place for special events, anniversaries and occasions but also for everyday lutong-bahay fare.
Today, theyhave six branches with more on the way. This year, Paluto Nga Po has decided to partner up with Francorp. It is looking for committed business owners who would like to explore opportunities in franchising real, affordable Filipino food.
